Well find an activity or interest you like and see if there is a group at your community centre. I meet a lot of interesting people at Karate class. I still go even though I got my black belt two years ago because its a social thing.

That would depend. When I go to clubs I'm not looking to meet anyone just hang out with friends and have a good time. I think you could tell what type of people go to clubs to dance, which ones go to get drunk, and which ones go to meet someone. Not all guys are looking for action. Usually guys who go to clubs and battle are the real hard core dancers! Those are the "REAL" dancers. But if you want to meet a guy who can dance you are probably better off meeting a guy in a dance crew than meeting someone in a club.
