How to keep hair from looking sweaty and flat in a dance club?

21st August 2009

I find out that every time I go to a dance club if I keep my hair down after a while it gets really sweaty and wet and flats down on my head.
Please tell me how to keep hair looking dry and nice without looking damp and flat when u go to a dance club?
What is the best hairdo if you are going to dance?

A little dash of baby powder on the scalp can absorb oil. Use hair spray to pump up the volume.

In a bun or braided. That’s what ballerinas always wear. They get hot and sweaty, but their hair still stays in place and remains attractive.

Wear some Volumizer in your hair to give it more body! Also, you can wear a high ponytail or a sophisticated updo. Basically what you should be leaning towards is putting up your hair rather than leaving it down. Braids aren’t really what you should wear to a dance club because it gives off that you are shy and reserved. Hope this helps!

Just guessing here, Either put your hair up in an up-do, or dance occasionally you know, a little dancing here, a snack there, that sorta thing. Or just put a ton of hairspray on(but I don’t really recommend cuz then the hairstyle would be all sticky) ;)

    Hi there –
I always have my hair up in some way when I go out dancing. A twist or funky ponytail works or even if I just put the sides up – it works like a dream. Then I can relax and have a great time without worrying that I look bad.
