Will Dance Clubs/Bars let pregnant women in or is it illegal for Clubs/Bars to let pregnant women in?
I am going to Vegas with my pregnant wife and she seems to think the Clubs/Bars will not let her in. Obviously we would only go to the smoke free spots but is it actually illegal for them to let her in?? I can’t imagine it is but any help/proof would be very helpful.
Well a lot of places discriminate at the door and decide who they want to let in and odds are that they won’t let her in since she might be a liability. You might have a better chance at a bar or lounge but not a trendy club. Especially las vegas they are all about the looks. And as for giving you proof it is very difficult because no one is going to agree about discriminating since that can cause a law suit but you can see the movie knocked up to see that the possibilty of her not getting into a trendy club. Hope I didn’t offend anyone.

No, its definatley NOT illegal. If the mumma to be feels up to it then she has every right to go to a bar/club. If they refuse entry it can be considered discrimination. She has just as much right as anyone else to be there.

its good your going to go to smoke free places!! its not right for pregnant women to drink or smoke, but its not illegal either, so yes, clubs will let her in…

Of course they will let her in.
Not to be rude….but you should be more concerned with them allowing her in pregnant….Vegas clubs are all about letting in hot chicks for free, then they charge the men. Pregnant women arnt exactly the hot commodity they are looking for

im not an expert but couldn’t the loud music, drinks and people bumping into you be hazardous to the baby?
